An Open Book Conversation with Rahnee Patrick and Grace Tsao: Year of the Tiger

Listen to this post:

Please join me in supporting the Chicago Cultural Accessibility Consortium (CCAC). I love this organization. Their mission is to empower cultural spaces to become more accessible to visitors with disabilities. This December, CCAC presents An Open Book Conversation with Rahnee Patrick and Grace Tsao, who will be discussing Year of the Tiger, the new memoir by Alice Wong, which I love and very much love to talk about.
The conversation will be the main event at CCAC’s virtual fundraiser on December 5, to both celebrate the work of disabled authors and activists, and to support the vital work of CCAC’s passionate volunteers, who coordinate a range of free opportunities, yes free!
  • Multiple free and accessible professional development workshops for cultural administrators each year
  • Equipment loaned at no cost to theaters and cultural spaces across the Chicago region
  • Chicago’s only Access Calendar of multidisciplinary accessible events
  • An active network of cultural access administrators who support each other’s efforts

Tickets for this fundraiser event are $25, and registration is now open at https://TinyURL.com/vu82dhmz. It will be a very engaging conversation that will also help make Chicago’s arts and culture even more accessible!
