Have a look at the following clips of a documentary. It was made by Athena about her cousin, Danielle to help the community understand Danielle’s severe traumatic brain injury. More than that it was to help the community understand that Danielle is still a complete, whole, valuable person even as the injury changed her.

In a couple days, our crew will have the privilege of interviewing Athena and Danielle about their experiences with using film to raise awareness of brain injury and of Danielle’s humanity.
